Road Closure - W Dougherty Dr

To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to inform citizens of Lone Tree, IA of upcoming road work in your area.
Lyle Earthwork will be working on W. Dougherty Dr from 304 W. Dougherty and south to the intersection of W. Dougherty and Mapel. Work will consist of repairing/improving the storm sewer system and the street.
Work is expected to begin towards the end of the week of June 15th. The above-mentioned portion of the street will be closed during the entirety of the project.
If your residence is in the work zone, we ask that you park on Mapel Dr and trucks and equipment will be asked to enter the area by way of W. Dougherty.
Mailboxes that are currently on this section of road will be moved temporarily to Mapel Dr (exact location to be decided by the post office). The contractor will move the boxes to Mapel Dr and move them back once the project is completed.
On Wednesday’s you will need to roll your garbage/recycling totes to either Mapel Dr or W. Dougherty, whichever is closest for your residence. N&N Sanitation asks that you still try to space out the totes as much as possible. They also suggested residents could label their totes with their house number (no names but the totes will always stay with the house, so number is preferred). A sharpie works well, but she also suggested mailbox lettering or a label maker.
