Building Permits & Inspections

The City of Lone Tree accepts permits for fences and portable sheds.  Permits below. 

All other permits, such as, electrical, new construction, additions and more are handled by Johnson County. Along with all inspections.

All construction permit applications for Johnson County will need to be submitted electronically through their permitting platform, CitizenServe. Paper and PDF permit applications are no longer accepted (as of 7/18/25).
