East Side Village

East Side Village was established in 1968. The village provides comfortable housing for those 55 years and older who meet low-income guidelines. This is accomplished through the City of Lone Tree under the direction of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) government program. If applicants are handicapped or have special needs, the age requirement is waived.
