Learn to fly raido control with the Lone Tree Flyers. August 22, 2026 from 1pm to 3 pm at the Lone Tree Flyers field, behind the cemetery. Free admission.
Mission 1: Explore. See real Radio Control airplanes and helicopters up close.
Mission 2: Train. Fly an RC aircraft on a flight simulator.
Mission 3: Fly. Take the controls of a real RC airplane or helicopter with a certified instructor.
Mission 4: Meet the Pilots. Ask questions and learn how to get started.

Cost $35 per person (cost includes color run tshirt, sunglasses and headband).
